Q. How often are checks sent out from Smart4Hosting to either resellers or charities?
A. We send checks out either every three months, or every time the amount to be sent reaches $1,000 - whichever comes first.
Q. Can I be paid by credit card>
A. At this time we can only make payments by check.
Q. If someone comes to your site from our site, will we definatley be recognized as the reseller or charity?
A. We do our best using sessions and cookies to makke sure that we know where our guests came from, but it is possible for someone to circumnavigate this if they really want to. If you are one of our Gold resellers you can have a form on your site for your customers to fill out, ensuring that they cannot circumnavigate this system.
Q. How do I become a Gold reseller?
A. If you are hosting 100 clients or more with us you are classed as a Gold reseller. If you host your site with us - for $25 per month, you will be able to do this. You will need a secure certificate to be able to handle online orders. If you do not have 100 clients yet, you can become a Gold reseller for $40 per month.
Q. What benefits do Gold members have?
A. The list keep growing, so check back! You can rebrand the web based e-Mail, the support pages, and the results of monies earned from your clients. You will have access to a mailing list to all your clients to update them of any new services you offer, and instead f $5.00 for each months hosting you sell, you will recieve $7.50 (this only applies to contracts you start after becoming a Gold member).
Gold members also get to rebrand the Self Edit tool - which turns any site design into a template site - with powerful tools allowing your customers to easily manage the sites.
